Our Master Distiller, Rob Cassell, designed our three copper stills, which were then built to his specifications by Specific Mechanical Systems in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. After the long ocean journey, the three beautiful stills arrived home in Ballina.

Although large copper stills are the romantic face of whiskey distilling, the stills are only one part of the complex machinery used in the modern distilling process. In addition to our stills, Specific Mechanical Systems also built our three fermentation tanks. The boilers and plumbing systems are from Fulton out of the UK. The malt handling and brewing equipment from ROLEC of Germany, which is renown in the craft brewing industry.
