Aroma: Caramel, creamy toffee, sweet cream butter, creamy treacle, chocolate, cocoa, cane sugar, honey, vanilla, lemon, citrus, floral tones, magnolia, dried leaves, sharp dry herb, nutty, toast, wood, rum.

Palate: Toffee, caramel, sweet rum, cocoa, sugarcane, prickly pear, apricot, red berry, dried fruit, dried floral petals, tea, mint, licorice, bitter herbs, grain, coffee, nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, spice, pepper, pickle, gunpowder, iodine, mineral, root, woody, oak, cherry brandy, smooth, savory, interesting, filled with surprises.

Finish: Caramel, chocolate, vanilla, raisins, dried fruit, minty, wheat, cinnamon, bitter cardamom, lightly spicy, peppered, tannic, bitter oak, clean, wonderful finish, leaves me wanting more.
